Two Women Amend Lawsuit Against TDE Execs to Include Alleged Doxxing

The women accusing Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE) executives Anthony “Moosa” Tiffith Jr. and Brandon Tiffith of sexual misconduct have amended their civil lawsuit to include their recent alleged doxxing. The women initially filed their joint suit anonymously in December. Earlier this month, the Tiffith’s legal counsel, Marty Singer, released a statement mentioning the women by name — Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri — and denying the accusations, accusing them of a “shakedown lawsuit” based on “fabricated claims” defended by “attorneys [who] are looking for their ten minutes of fame.” The statement alleged that the two women made a demand of $48 million and claimed that “There are text messages and communications that totally refute these baseless claims.”
On Feb. 5, Luna and Altayri filed an amended complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court, listing their names as plaintiffs and noting doxxing as their sixth cause of action for the suit. Both women claim that since the statement was issued, they’ve received harassment from third parties. The complaint also claims two of Luna’s clients terminated their professional relationship with her, and people have harassed her on her marketing agency’s social media account. Since their identities were revealed, social media users have made numerous posts speculating on the women’s motives for the suit.
The Tiffiths’ statement was sent to numerous publications, including XXL, who posted it, including the women’s names, on Feb. 1. Both the original complaint and the latest filing accuse the Tiffith brothers of sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, and “thousands of dollars” in unpaid compensation to Luna, who claims to have started a working relationship with TDE in 2019. On one occasion, she alleges Brandon Tiffith attempted to force her into oral sex after drinking alcohol with him and getting dizzy from his second-hand weed smoke. Luna claims he told her, “You know this was bound to happen” during the assault.
The complaint contains screenshots purportedly of text conversations between Luna and Tiffith Jr. In the screenshots she claimed that Tiffith Jr. told her she was “just too fine” to work with and that he was “scared” to work with her, noting “unattractive works best” for employment. Luna also claims that Tiffith Jr. told her he needed to use her home for sex with another woman and “attempted to come over to her house at night, unannounced.”
Altayri, who claims to be a friend of a TDE artist referred to as Artist A in the complaint, alleges she experienced sexual misconduct while living in a home owned by TDE. In one incident, a TDE affiliate named B-Dawg brushed against her buttocks while erect, the complaint alleges. She also accuses TDE affiliate David Harrell of attempted sexual assault. Harrell was allegedly driving her to a studio where Artist A and Luna were waiting on her when he unexpectedly stopped at his apartment and invited her in. He then repeatedly encouraged her, while under drinking age, to take a shot of alcohol that immediately made her dizzy and upset her stomach. The complaint alleges that “Harrell started removing Ms. Altayri’s pants and touching her intimate areas. He then picked up Ms. Altayri and threw her onto his bed.” From that point, the complaint alleges she “was certain he would be raped if she did not escape.” Altayri then allegedly ran out of the apartment. The complaint claims that TDE executives were made aware of the allegations made against B-Dawg as well as Harrell shortly after they happened and did not respond.
The complaint references a meeting between Luna, Artist A, and Tiffith Jr. where Artist A claimed that another act, Artist I, who she “understood was a TDE artist,” tried to break into a room that she wasn’t in, and also offered to “pay her bills” if he could watch her give oral sex to another man. Artist A also claimed that another TDE act, Artist S, had burst through the door of a room she was sleeping in. In the hours-long meeting, Artist A allegedly stated, “if I say something one time […] and nothing happened, what would be the reason for me saying it over and over and over? Clearly […] I’m not being protected, it’s the [man] being protected.”
Harrell, the Tiffiths’ lawyer Marty Singer, and representatives for the Tiffith brothers did not immediately respond to Rolling Stone’s requests for comment.
The complaint alleges in a separate meeting between Luna and TDE CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith Sr, she told him about Brandon Tiffith forcing himself on her, but “Mr. Tiffith brushed it off, commenting that there was no fraternizing in the company but that he did not mind it between consenting adults—suggesting that because alcohol had been involved, the question of consent was murky.”
A post on the website of the plaintiff’s counsel notes they’re “seeking damages for emotional distress, economic harm, and violations of their rights under California law; as well as punitive damages for TDE’s ratification of the sexual misconduct of its officers.”
