Jenelle Evans’ Ex David Released on Bail After Recent Arrest

Jenelle Evans’ estranged husband, David Eason, violated his restraining order against the Teen Mom star.
Us Weekly confirmed on Wednesday, November 13, that Eason was arrested on Friday, November 8, for violating a domestic violence protective order and trespassing. He was released days later on Sunday, November 10, after posting $1,000 bail.
A reality TV gossip blog called The Ashley’s Reality Roundup was first to report the news on Tuesday, November 12. Court documents obtained by the site alleged that Eason’s arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred late last month on the North Carolina property that he shared with Evans. He allegedly broke through the gate, removed a security camera and attempted to take various items off the property. (Us Weekly has reached out for comment.)
Evans, 32, and Eason, 36 — who share 7-year-old daughter Ensley — got married in 2017. The MTV star filed for divorce earlier this year.

“Me and him, we were going through rough patches for a while and I was sick of it,” Evans told Us exclusively in June. “It’s hard to try to get out of a situation when you know you both own the house and you’re both on the same deed.”
While the proceedings are still ongoing, Evans claimed in a September Instagram video that she has full custody of their daughter. (Evans is also the mother of son Jace, 14, with ex Andrew Lewis and son Kaiser, 9, with ex Nathan Griffith.)
Evans appeared to offer some clarity after fans were curious as to why she hadn’t been posting her three children on social media.
“[It’s] not really on purpose. I was still allowed to show her on social media,” she said in the clip. “I just, I don’t know, [have] been spending more time with the boys because they have doctors’ appointments, teeth check-ups [and] stuff like that.”

The reality star added: “I did get full custody of Ensley. It wasn’t shown on the season finale of [Teen Mom: The Next Chapter], but I have been awarded sole and full custody of Ensley and I’m so excited about that. Really happy about that.”
Evans went on to say that her daughter loves being in the spotlight.
“I can tell she has the mind of a content creator, film editor [or a] pop star,” said the mother of three. “She just wants to perform for people; that’s just what she wants to do, and it’s really crazy to think about because, like, dang, she really is like a mini-me.”
