Former Playboy model Ariane Bellamar has died at age 46.

Bellamar’s ex-husband, Tanner Slaught, confirmed her death via her official Facebook page last month, sharing that she died on December 20, 2024. “I ask for your consideration to view more information by clicking on the link below to view our fundraiser for her funeral,” Slaught, who shared two daughters with Bellamar, wrote alongside a link to a GoFundMe page. “Her extremely early departure from this world has caught everyone off guard and we were not prepared for this.”

He went on to state that he was working to “provide Ariane, and our daughters, with a respectful ceremony for grieving their lost mother as a platform to start the healing process. Thank you.”

Slaught created the GoFundMe on behalf of Bellamar’s beneficiary, Scott Shelly, on January 21. “We launched this fundraiser to help pay for Ariane Bellamar’s funeral,” he wrote on the page, revealing that Bellamar died from a heart attack. “While this unbelievable news is shocking because she was only 46, I can assure you that I have verified this truth.”

He continued: “The purpose of this fundraiser is to help Scott and I pay for Ariane’s funeral service. Unfortunately, Ariane, and the rest of us, were not prepared for this sudden turn of events. Back in October 2017, Bellamar made headlines when she accused Entourage actor Jeremy Piven of sexual assault. “Hey @jeremypiven! ‘Member when you cornered me in your trailer on the #Entourage set? ‘Member grabbing my boobies on the 🛋 without asking??” she wrote via X at the time.

In a second post, she added, “’Member when I tried to leave; you grabbed me by the ass, looked at yourself in the mirror, & said what a ‘beautiful couple’ we made? #MeToo.” She also claimed that Piven, 59, “cornered me & forcefully fondled my breasts & bum. Once at the [Playboy] mansion & once on set.”

Piven denied Bellamar’s accusations in a statement to Us Weekly at the time. “It did not happen. It takes a great deal of courage for victims to come forward with their histories, and my hope is that the allegations about me that didn’t happen, do not detract from stories that should be heard,” he said.
