Diddy Accused of Raping, Threatening to Kill 19-Year-Old Student

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of raping and threatening to kill a 19-year-old college student in the latest lawsuit against the rapper.

The alleged victim, who identified herself as Jane Doe, claimed in court documents filed on Wednesday, October 23, that in 2004, while attending a college in Brooklyn, New York, she was invited to a photo shoot with Diddy, 55, and her roommate.

Doe said she was “flattered and excited to receive an invitation from an individual of Combs’ celebrity and stature,” per the filing, which was obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, October 24. (This is the latest filing from attorney Tony Buzbee.)

After attending the photoshoot promoting Da Band, a band signed to Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment label, both Doe and the friend were invited to an after party. Before the women, who were both freshmen in college, left for the bash, Diddy allegedly told them to come to his hotel “for a more exclusive party,” according to the docs.

Doe and her dorm buddy agreed and were allegedly escorted to a Marriott hotel in the Manhattan area by Diddy’s entourage.

Shortly after arriving at the hotel suite, where allegedly a dozen people were “having drinks and listening to music,” Doe claimed she and the other student were “suddenly grabbed and taken into a separate room.”

When Doe asked the man where he was taking them, he allegedly replied, “You know what you are here for” before placing the girls into a room and reportedly locking the door. Doe recalled being alone in the bedroom with her friend and Diddy, who allegedly “instructed” them to do cocaine off his coffee table and gave them more drinks.

“Combs continued getting gradually more aggressive with the two women and eventually began forcibly [touching] them without consent,” court docs allege. Doe claims that when the pair resisted, Diddy “ordered” her friend to “perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued for sexual assault again as he remains behind bars on charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. An anonymous woman filed a lawsuit on Friday, September 27, claiming Diddy, 54, repeatedly assaulted her over a four-year period after they met in 2020, according to documents obtained by TMZ. In […]

Doe said that she begged Diddy to let them leave, but he allegedly refused even after her friend “complied” with his order. Instead, he allegedly told Doe to undress “under the threat of violence.”

Doe claimed that Diddy then “forced himself on her and began to sexually assault her,” alleging in her filing that the musician “fondled, molested, and ultimately raped Ms. Doe, all while she was begging him to stop.”

When the security guard opened the door to “ask if everything was alright,” Doe’s friend ran from the room, but Doe said she “could not move as Mr. Combs was still on top of her.”

Once Diddy got up to speak with his employee, Doe said she was told to stay in the room or “she would be killed.” After he left, she claimed she sat in the dark for 30 minutes before another security guard told her she could leave. She promptly took a taxi back to her dorm in Brooklyn, per the docs.

INF/INSTAR Sean “Diddy” Combs has been under investigation for at least a year after being accused of sexual assault by multiple people. The rapper and music mogul, 54, made headlines in November 2023 after his ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of sexual abuse in a bombshell lawsuit. She accused Diddy of beating her, forcing her to […]

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” a rep for Diddy told Us in a statement on Friday, October 25. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.”

The statement continued, “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.  In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Doe, meanwhile, is asking a judge to award “compensatory damages” for her “physical injuries, emotional distress” as well as “psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering” during a trial. The alleged victim also requested the court award her punitive damages to determine at trial and pay her attorney fees.

This filing comes three days after NBC News reported that five new civil lawsuits were filed by attorney Buzbee in the Southern District of New York against Diddy. The filings include details of “separate” incidents of alleged sexual assault and rape involving Diddy between 2000 and 2002.

“We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done,” the attorney told the outlet in a statement on Sunday, October 20. “We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”

According to the outlet, two of the plaintiffs are male and three are female — the youngest of which was 13 at the time she alleges Diddy raped her. Buzbee, meanwhile, previously filed six separate lawsuits against Diddy.

Diddy is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The music mogul’s legal troubles have been front-page news since he was accused in November 2023 of sexually assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie during their on-off relationship. Diddy denied the claims but settled the lawsuit out of court that same month.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been named in a fourth sexual assault lawsuit, Us Weekly can confirm. An anonymous plaintiff sued Diddy, 54, in the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York on Wednesday, December 6. Jane Doe alleged that she was sex-trafficked and gang-raped by the music mogul in 2008, according […]

When Diddy was arrested on September 6, a 14-page indictment was unsealed. The lawsuit accused him of abusing, threatening and coercing women “to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct.”

Diddy pleaded not guilty to all charges but was denied bail. His legal team has since filed three unsuccessful appeals for his release ahead of his May 2025 trial.

As Diddy remains behind bars, more alleged victims have come forward filing lawsuits alleging abuse and rape against the rapper. In one of the Sunday filings, an unnamed personal trainer claimed that Diddy would drug him and “essentially passed [the] plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment.”

A rep for Diddy denied the claims, telling Us in a statement, “The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number.”
