Just in time for the end of summer, Dom Pérignon teamed up with 3 Star Michelin Chef Masa Takayama of Manhattan’s Masa, Kappo Masa, and Bar Masa to offer guests a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience aboard a Dom Pérignon luxury yacht.

From August 17th through the end of the month, a customized 88’ San Lorenzo superyacht will be offering a taste of the latest Dom Pérignon vintages paired with refined Japanese cuisine. And the galley stacks up! The menu will be prepared right on the boat’s stunning open kitchen, omakase-style. A specially curated sushi and champagne pairing menu will be served as guests cruise the waters surrounding Sag Harbor and Montauk. This will be the first time the acclaimed chef is serving sushi on the water, curated to pair with Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012, Rosé 2008 and Vintage 2003 Plénitude 2.

Curated by VIP concierge service Les Bulles d’Or, the package is available to book for $30,000 from August 17 through the end of the month. The charter includes a private 4-hour yacht cruise for up to 6 guests, door-to-dock chauffeur service in luxury vehicles, within the Hamptons, dedicated on-board butler service, an on-board DJ who will curate music selections to guest preferences and a dedicated concierge to assist in procuring Dom Pérignon champagne
