S Club launch latest Omaze draw with £4million house in Bath and £250k cash

The lucky winner of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Bath, will get the keys to an elegant 6-bedroom property with regal heritage, dating back to the mid-1500s.

The magnificent property was part of the estate of Sir John Harrington, the godson of Elizabeth I, during the reign of Queen Anne.

The house comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered. The winner is also given a whopping £250,000 in cash, to help them settle in, and can decide to either live in the house, rent it out for a supplementary income or sell it whenever they wish to become a cash multi-millionaire.

Omaze estimates that if the winner decides to keep the luxurious property, the £250,000 would enable them to comfortably run the house for around ten years.

If they decide to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve a long-term rental value of between £10K to £12K per month.

The exterior of the period property has remained almost unchanged since 1712 and the interior still retains many unique historical features including an internal functioning well, a secret Georgian drawer safe and graffiti dating back to 1636.

The property was meticulously restored in 2015 to create a truly exceptional home. The stylish interior of this iconic house benefits from impressive ceiling heights and windows that provide a wonderful sense of space and natural light.

As well as making its Grand Prize Winner a multimillionaire, the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Bath, will raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

The British Heart Foundation is the nation’s leading heart charity, who fund life-saving research to find new treatments and cures, as well develop innovative new ways to make sure people survive and recover from a life threatening illness such as cardiac arrest. There are more than 30,000 out of hospital cardiac arrests each year in the UK, and currently less than one in ten survive. Early CPR and defibrillation can however more than double someone’s chances of survival.

The money raised will go towards funding more defibrillators in communities across the country, as well as The Circuit, the national defibrillator network developed by the British Heart Foundation. The Circuit maps defibrillators across the UK, ensuring emergency services can direct bystanders to the nearest defibrillator in the case of the ultimate medical emergency.

The partnership with Omaze is backed by BHF Ambassadors and pop band S Club, who tragically lost bandmate Paul to heart issues in 2022.

This is the third time the BHF has partnered with Omaze. The two previous partnerships, in 2021 and 2023, raised a combined £3 million.
