Magician can ‘read your mind’ using card game that’s frightening viewers

A man claims to have the psychic ability to “read your mind” through a compelling card trick that left some people absolutely terrified.

TikTok magician @alakazammagicshop has left viewers completely bewildered with his mind-boggling card illusion, leaving scores of at-home watchers scratching their heads over his seemingly psychic powers.

With hundreds of thousands tuning in, the magician appears to have honed the art of illusion perfectly, dazzling those looking on.

He prompts viewers to pick from one of five cards displayed on screen and challenges them: if by the end of his trick, their chosen card has vanished, then @alakazammagicshop has indeed penetrated their thoughts.

Presenting options such as the King of Spades, Queen of Clubs, Jack of Hearts, King of Diamonds, and Queen of Hearts, he miraculously eliminates the spectator’s selected card and re-presents the spread with a missing piece, yet entirely altered cards.

The magician’s followers are left flabbergasted, hailing him an “awesome psychic” impossible to outfox.

One bemused fan admitted: “I tried to trick him by picking different cards each time… but he knew every time! Awesome psychic and worth a follow!” While another confounded viewer exclaimed: “Fantastic work… I picked my cards… every time and you’re right! How did you do that?”

Some savvy viewers were quick to catch onto the apparent sleight of hand, pointing out @alakazammagicshop was guaranteed to bewilder 100% of the time since not just one card appears altered, but every card seems to have changed.
