Fresh of the heels of Valentine’s Day, the 2025 BAFTA Film Awards are back for another annual event. Hosted by Rivals actor David Tennant for a second year in a row, the British Academy Film Awards will take place at London’s Royal Festival Hall on Sunday (Feb. 16). The ceremony will air live on BritBox starting at 2 p.m. ET/7 p.m. BST.

The Vatican thriller Conclave is leading the charge on awards night with 12 nominations, closely followed by the musical Emilia Pérez, which snagged 11 nominations, including best film, director and leading actress for Golden Globe winner Karla Sofía Gascón, as well as supporting actress for co-stars Selena Gomez and Zoe Saldaña.

The other major musical of last year, Wicked scores 7 nominations, including best leading actress for Globe nominee Cynthia Erivo and best supporting actress for Ariana Grande. It will also be a big night for Timothée Chalamet as Dune: Part Two is up for 9 nominations, as well as, the Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown with 6 nominations including best film, adapted screenplay and leading actor.
