Jenn Tran and Jonathon Johnson of ‘The Bachelorette’ Are Close—Could They Be Dating?

Is Jenn Tran getting back the one that got away? During her season of The Bachelorette, Tran ultimately proposed to Devin Strader, who accepted, but then called off their engagement (coldly and cruelly) shortly thereafter. And it turns out he doesn’t have the best track record with romantic partners.

But the implosion of their relationship left the door open for Tran to potentially return to third place runner-up Jonathon Johnson, and their recent interactions have fans wondering if they could be dating.

On September 13, they stepped out together for a People event in LA, and while there, Tran recorded a TikTok video of them being super cute together, set to Sabrina Carpenter’s “Juno.”

Over on Instagram, Johnson posted pictures from the red carpet and wrote, “The song speaks for itself.” “Juno” is about falling in love.

I mean, here they are reviewing Taco Bell foods together.

Maybe it’s just flirty vibes and nothing more, maybe it’s just for show. But let’s put it like this: if I were trying to date either one of them, and I saw these videos, I would assume they were not on the market. And the comments agree, rabidly shipping the two together.

“Friendship or not, this is the type of easy, peaceful energy you deserve!” reads one comment. And another: “Why am I giggling and kicking my feet.”

A third commenter summed up what we’re all thinking, writing, “This is how you fall in love, my friends.”

Jenn Tran, who is set to compete on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars, denied relationship rumors in a September 17 interview with NBC, saying, “I’m just not at a place to explore a relationship with anyone, not even just Jonathan. It’s just not something that’s been on my mind at all…. I’m just taking time to myself and doing things for myself and I just don’t think I have the space in my head or my heart to add a guy into the picture at the moment.”

But she did acknowledge that they are close. “Jonathan’s been such a light in all of this,” she said. “I didn’t come out of this journey with a fiancé, but I at least got a really good friend out of it, a really good human out of it, [which] makes me really excited.”

OK but like…Jenn, whenever you’re ready, date this man.
