Gisele Bündchen Is Pregnant With Her Third Child

October surprise—Gisele Bündchen is pregnant! The 44-year-old supermodel, who shares two children with her ex-husband Tom Brady, is currently pregnant with her third, her first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente, 35. The couple have been dating, officially, for a little over a year, but have known each other longer, as he is her Jiu-Jitsu instructor.

“Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family,” a source told People on October 28. There is no information yet on how long Gisele Bündchen has been pregnant or when she is due, but here’s what she looked like a mere six weeks ago.

Since her split from Brady, Bündchen has been embracing her friendships and independent business ventures, not saying much about her romantic life. There were split rumors over the summer, but she let sources dispel them. However, she did give Valente a shout-out on Instagram for being a great teacher, posting a montage of herself kicking butt and writing, “I believe the more tools we have in our toolbox the better. I feel stronger, more confidence and empowered since I started practicing self-defense. I feel it’s an important skill for all, but specially for us women. Thank you @ValenteBrothers for being awesome teachers and for making training so much fun. I am looking forward to keep improving. Let’s go! 🤛🏼”

She also said, in a pre-confirmed-romance interview, “I’m so grateful to know all of [the Valente brothers], because not only have they helped me and helped my kids, but they have become great friends, and Joaquim especially. He’s our teacher and, most importantly, he’s a person that I admire and that I trust. It’s so good to have that kind of energy, to have my kids around that type of energy.” I mean, if your hot boyfriend is great with your kids, why not have a baby with him, right? Gisele, I get it.
