Controversial 90 Day Fiancé Star Shockingly Announces They’re Leaving The Franchise After Dramatic Breakup (SPOILERS)

A 90 Day Fiancé cast member is revealing that he is quitting the show after his shocking back-to-back breakups. The year 2024 brought along several splits in the 90 Day Fiancé universe. Some breakups were confirmed while fans are still left guessing the relationship statuses of a few couples. The cast does a great job at keeping their splits private until the truth comes to light in a spin-off they could have filmed months ago. One such couple that was rumored to be married but had called off their wedding on the show was Big Ed Brown and Liz Woods.

Big Ed is single as of November 2024, and he has no intention of trying to find his next girlfriend on camera. In an interview with InTouch, Big Ed confirmed that his contract with 90 Day Fiancé will expire in December this year. “I’m up for grabs in December,” he told the publication. Big Ed then hinted at his retirement from the franchise. “I don’t know. I’ve had too much fun in the last five years,” Big Ed announced.

He admitted that it helped him in “every facet” of his life except his relationships. Big Ed was attending the 11th Annual American Reality Television Awards this week. He added that he eventually wants to pull away from the franchise. Big Ed has decided that he wants to have a serious relationship “that’s not on TV.” Big Ed used to have only 350 followers during his debut. “Literally overnight,” Big Ed had earned over a quarter of a million followers. Big Ed received “several” offers from Netflix and Hulu he couldn’t pursue because of his 90 Day Fiancé contract.
