Porch pirate caught twerking on ring camera returns to home to whine after victim posts video online: ‘That’s my a– on the internet’

This pirate got booty.

A porch pirate who was caught on a Ring doorbell camera twerking after stealing packages from a New Jersey home returned to the victim’s residence several days later to whine about the video being posted to the internet.

“You can’t make this stuff up,” the Gloucester Township Police Department said in a Facebook post Wednesday with a video and photos of the wild encounter.

The bizarre footage captured two masked men in hoodies running up to the Sicklerville home just after 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 9, police said. One suspect grabbed an Amazon package from the front stoop, as the other bent over, flashed his clothed behind to the camera and twerked before they both ran away.

The packages that were stolen included drinking glasses and baby items that valued $74, police said.

The resident, in the hopes of identifying the sticky bandits, posted the footage on the Ring Neighbors app, prompting one of the masked suspects to return to the home two days later.

The suspected porch pirate – who was wearing a sweatshirt that said “Hollywood” along the bottom – ran up to the camera and displayed his phone with the original theft video on the screen, according to the footage.

“Come on dude, not cool bro, come on, not cool,” the abashed suspect said.

“That’s my a– on the internet.”

The suspect returned to the front stoop minutes later holding one of the stolen glasses – which was broken – and placed it down in front of the house before fleeing the area once more.

“Uh, I meant to give this back,” the alleged thief said to the camera, according to the footage.

Gloucester Township Police are looking for help identifying the two individuals in the videos.
