MLS Cup Playoffs scores, schedule, bracket: LA Galaxy, New York Red Bulls to meet for title

After victories by the New York Red Bulls and Los Angeles Galaxy, MLS Cup is set. The Galaxy will have a chance to add to their record five MLS Cup titles while the Red Bulls search for their first MLS Cup in club history in an away trip to Carson, Calif. It will be quite a clash of unlikely participants on Dec. 7 when the two sides meet at 4 p.m. ET.
