Megyn Kelly rips lefty MSNBC ‘Morning Joe’ hosts for meeting with Trump: ‘An absurd farce’

Megyn Kelly excoriated MSNBC “Morning Joe” hosts and Donald Trump detractors Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski as “dishonest jokes” after the pair revealed on their show Monday morning they met with the president-elect in Florida.

“Go f–k yourselves,” the conservative podcast host said in her message to the lefty broadcast couple. “Go f–k yourselves, you dishonest jokes of faux journalists.”

“What an absurd farce that was,” she said in response to the two telling viewers they had a “personal” sit-down with Trump after reaching out to him.

The two have faced stinging criticism among commentators on the left and right considering Scarborough, 61, and Brzezinski, 57, repeatedly slammed Trump as a racist and fascist leading up to his decisive Election Day victory against Vice President Kamala Harris.

Kelly pointed out the co-hosts initially helped pump up Trump’s first run for the White House starting in 2015 when he consistently called into their show. She even played a clip of Scarborough saying he would be open to serving as Trump’s running mate before taking aim at the 45th president.

“It is nauseating, it’s so stomach turning,” the former Fox News host, 54, said while having journalist Glenn Greenwald on her show. “They’re so disgusting.”

“And then what happened is Joe Scarborough found out he was not gonna be the vice presidential running mate,” she claimed.

“He had been rejected for that position and they turned, they turned on Trump because access to power is everything to that small, little man.”

Kelly went on to ding Scarborough, a former congressman, and Brzezinski over their support of President Biden even as questions swirled about the 81-year-old Democrat’s cognitive fitness leading up to his train wreck debate against Trump in late June.

“Literally no one wants to see this fence mended,” Kelly said in reference to Scarborough and Trump being on talking terms again.

Brzezinski, in defending the decision to talk with Trump, 78, on Monday, noted that a series of controversies surrounding the incoming president didn’t stop people from voting for him over Harris.

“Joe and I realize it’s time to do something different, and that starts with not only talking about Donald Trump, but also talking with him,” she said.

Scarborough added, “Don’t be mistaken, we are not here to defend or normalize Donald Trump” during the show.
