Forget the flowers this Valentine’s Day, because a New Jersey restaurant is serving up beautiful bouquets — made of chicken fingers, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fried ravioli and pepperoni or cheese-stuffed garlic knots.
Hold My Knots in Hillsdale, NJ, is making the app-etizing $39.95 arrangements, which even include hints of basil to resemble rose petals — and they will be fry-ing off their shelves on Feb. 14.
“Everyone’s so sick of flowers for Valentine’s Day,” owner Shayna Minuto told The Post.
“I’d rather get food for sure. And these you can at least share.”
Manhattan restaurants and bars are also getting creative with their V-Day specials.
Iconic Upper East Side restaurant Serendipity 3 is crafting a decadent dessert that’s both salty and sweet — and comes with a steep price tag.
Its $69 ROE Caviar Cone is a champagne and 23-carat edible gold-infused waffle cone, filled with Creme Fraiche ice cream.
It’s topped with six grams of ROE single origin American White Sturgeon caviar and served on a gold-plated wire cone holder, with a mother of pearl spoon on a bed of blue potato chips.
“I wanted to do something that was based on tradition, but with a Serendipitous twist,” dished Chef Joe Calderone, who has been the restaurant’s creative director since 1986.
“Of course, you’ve got to add a little champagne and gold in there.”
The Manhattan culinary landmark is known to serve A-list customers like Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez, Blake Lively and her hubby Ryan Reynolds, and Calderone hopes some of them will sample the lavish new treat.
Mexican restaurant Cantina Rooftop in Hell’s Kitchen is turning up the heat this Valentine’s Day with cheesy love-themed $28 specials like Cupid’s Fundido and Lobster Lovin’ Quesadilla.
Chef Saul Montiel is also serving Corazon de Concha, a $16 homemade pink Mexican concha shell ice cream sandwich with Tres Leches ice cream.
For sweethearts looking to up their dessert game, there is the Heart Piñata Sundae — where for $45 they also get a shout-out from the DJ at the rooftop restaurant, a song request, sparklers and bubbles.
Speakeasy Fernando’s Hideaway is celebrating Galentine’s Day on Feb. 13 with special cocktails for gal pals such as their Love is the Drug for $18 which is served in a glass that is seductively shaped like a woman’s body.
The ’70s and ’80s-themed bar, which is located above Bartley Dunne’s pub in Midtown, is also providing scorned lovers with an ex-shredder — sent right to their table — to rid themselves of their former flames.
“Guests can bring a photo to shred on the spot or email it to us in advance, and we’ll have it ready at their table,” said its social media manager Laura Hutchinson.
One of their customers, vlogger Sarah Hodgson, said the ex shredding was “pure therapy.”
“With all the relationships, situationships, and baggage we had to unload, we probably needed a bigger shredder!”
