Tesco’s £20 ‘super soft’ heated hoodie ‘saves on energy bills’

Tesco is selling a £20 Silentnight Heated Hoodie that warms up in minutes and could cut the price of your energy bills. As money-savvy shoppers will know, it’s often beneficial to heat yourself rather than heating your home, and if you’re looking for a cosy warmer, this oversized hoodie could do just the trick.

The Silentnight Sage Heated Hoodie retails for £25. But, it is currently on offer at £20 for Tesco Clubcard holders.

The product description explains: “The Silentnight Snugsie Heated Oversized Hoodie is the ultimate snuggly companion. Featuring a built-in heat pad that warms up in minutes so you can snuggle up and enjoy extra cosy comfort.

Tesco says: “The hoodie includes a USB cable and power button with three heat settings that are super easy to use.” Simply plug in and the heat can be felt “in minutes”.

The store added: “Crafted with super soft fleece and a snuggly sherpa reverse for maximum cosiness and luxurious warmth.” The hoodie is also machine washable once you disconnect the power bank.

While the Silentnight Heated Hoodie is currently out of stock online, shoppers have reported seeing it in-store. Depending on stock availability, there are grey and sage green colour options.

Alternatively, Dunelm has reduced the price of its Velvet Oversized Hoodie with Fur Lining from £25 to £17.50. The well-reviewed adult hoodie is available in one size, with blue or pink colour options available.
