NikeSkims Is Officially Happening—Here’s Everything We Know

When we first saw the NikeSkims announcement, our first thought was: “Wait, doesn’t that already exist?” Such is the synergy between the two iconic brands that we thought the sportswear monolith had already tapped Kim Kardashian’s cult shapewear label for a collab, but alas, we were mistaken. Thankfully, the world is about to be set right as the first pieces of their official partnership is set to drop this spring—and the collaboration is meant to continue well into 2026.

Given Kim’s love of athleisure and keen eye for turning practical styles into sell-out hits with the flick of her magic wand (remember the North Face collab?), we’re certain this NikeSkims collection won’t stay on shelves for long.

Here’s everything we know about the NikeSkims collaboration so far…

When does NikeSkims drop?

NikeSkims will debut its first collection in the United States this spring, available online and in select retail locations, with a global rollout planned for 2026.

What is the inspiration behind the collaboration?

According to the announcement, the long-term partnership will be inspired by and cater to female athletes and women in the world of sport and movement. “We’re energized by the opportunity to build a new brand and shake things up for the next generation of athletes with NikeSkims,” said Heidi O’Neill, president of consumer, product, and brand, Nike, Inc. “This partnership brings together the best of both brands and unlocks an incredible opportunity to disrupt the industry with our shared passion and commitment to innovation. We will invite even more athletes into sport and movement with a product that makes them feel strong and sexy.”

What kind of products will it include?

There will be a range of training apparel, footwear, and accessories “designed to meet the unique needs and preferences of athletes around the world” and allow women to “move with confidence from the gym to the studio and in everyday life.” We’re thinking shapewear-meets-leggings and sports bras that give us support as well as a little oomph. The collection will “create covetable products meticulously crafted to fit the body’s every curve, enhancing its natural form.” Oh, and it promises “extended sizing.”

Kim Kardashian reportedly also looked at Nike’s larger portfolio, including Jordan Brand and Converse, along with the ACG and Nike SB brands to create their shared product line, and the NikeSkims line could potentially feature fashion-forward takes on their women’s sportswear styles like the Air Max Muse, Air Superfly, A’One, and Sabrina 2.

Watch this space for when the collab finally drops.
