Maisie Smith has shown the effect that training for Strictly Come Dancing is having as she flaunted her toned body after rehearsals.
The EastEnders star is being put through her paces by her pro dancer partner Gorka Marquez as they prepare for the first live show on Saturday night.
Maisie will perform a samba at the weekend and she looked fit and ready as she went makeup free and wearing tiny green hotpants.
The 19-year-old is among the favourites to win the Glitterball Trophy but she looked relaxed as she headed to her car after rehearsals, wearing an oversized red sweatshirt which she had rolled up at the sleeves.
Maisie will be letting loose her Latin vibes on Saturday as she performs to Gloria Estefan’s Samba as Strictly becomes serious and real for the actress.
The gruelling schedule has been taking its toll on Maisie and she shared a pic of her laid out on the floor with a cup of coffee, on Instagram.
She showed her enviable toned abs in the pic as she wore a tiny blue sports bra and leggings.
She captioned the post: “If your rehearsals don’t end up like this you’re doing it wrong”.
Her 30-year-old dance partner also shared an insight into how their preparations are going.
Gorka shared a short look at rehearsals on his Instagram Stories, writing: “Rehearsal day we were on lunch break, well we were on lunch break, she’s been practising the whole lunch break, a great student!”
He then showed Maisie practicing her solo moves on camera, while he took a short break.
Later that day, Gorka shared another clip near the end of a long day of training, in which Maisie admitted that she had struggled to make it this far.
Gorka said: “Monday rehearsal finished, how are you feeling?”
Maisie, who looked exhausted, replied: “I’m done.”
Gorka then added: “She wanted to stay until like 10, I said you won’t make it, and I was right she didn’t make it!”
