Paddy McGuinness was left devastated on Sunday after an ice-cream disaster.
The TV personality, 47, treated himself to a delicious Feast ice-cream after not indulging in one for ‘yonks’.
But sadly, the Take Me Out presenter was left utterly disappointed when he took a bite of the chocolatey delight.
Paddy shared his grievances on Twitter with his 540,000 fans as he hit out at the makers of the throwback ice-cream.
The fuming star penned: “Treated myself to a Feast, not had one for yonks.
“Devastated! The picture below was how I remembered them.
“That wonderful chocolate rectangle in the middle is now the size of a postage stamp!
“I was three quarters down the lolly before I discovered it! WTF happened,” he questioned.
It wasn’t long before like-minded fans flocked to agree with the presenter.
One Twitter user replied: “It’s bloody ridiculous. The more the years go on, the smaller everything is getting.”
“OMG! I experienced the exact same thing last week. I was fuming,” another shared.
Another follower suggested: “Similar to a Mars bar, if you compare the ones today to the 80s, they’re now twice as small in length width and depth! Bring back the 80’s chocolates and ice creams.”
While someone else fumed: “Shocking isn’t it. Same as the downsizing of Turkish Delight over the years.”
While Paddy may have endured an ice-cream disaster, it hasn’t been all bad for the telly star this summer as he enjoyed an extravagant ten-year anniversary with his wife Christine earlier last month.
The pair pushed the boat out for their 10th wedding anniversary with a romantic meal, flowers and a glamorous photoshoot.
The couple said “I do” on 4 June 2011 and have since had three children together – twins Penelope and Leo, seven, and Felicity, five.
Sharing snaps of a romantic photoshoot to celebrate the big day on Instagram , the model, 33, mused: ‘If we have laughter, we have everything’ while Paddy joked: ‘If you’re lucky later I’ll make us a brew before bed!’
The couple looked happy and relaxed as they smiled for photographs while striking a number of poses in front of an elaborate flower display and huge lit-up 10 sign.
