Lauren Goodger has sent a supportive message to other mums as she reaches the midway point of her pregnancy.
She shared encouraging words to other expectant parents who are at the same stage of the journey as her.
Writing over a picture of herself wearing white and pink tie-dye pyjamas, Lauren said: “So nice how many mums are the same number of weeks pregnant as me or similar.
“We are half way now. Yay… We got this”
Earlier this month, Lauren admitted she found the first three months of her pregnancy ‘quite difficult’ due to sickness and nausea.

During an Instagram Q&A, she answered questions about her journey into motherhood, including her baby’s name, a gender reveal and plans for labour.
She also responded to criticism regarding her decision to share her private life online, as she teased a potential return to reality TV.
Lauren said: “Found it quite difficult for the first three months.
“It’s just over as well and it’s just starting to get better so yeah, just tired still, but not the sickness.”
Lauren is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Charles Drury, who she began dating last September.
Last week, Lauren also shared her plans for the birth, admitting she wants it to be as natural as possible.
She said: “I want a completely natural birth, I don’t want any epidural or anything.
“I literally want gas and air, the old fashioned way.”
During the chat, the mum-to-be also touched on the subject of names for her baby, insisting she wants to come up with something original.
She explained: “The baby names that I’ve thought of are something original.
“It’s something that I’ve made up, so yes, exciting. A couple of them are original.”
However, she got snippy when one fan asked why she won’t be opting for a “normal” name.
Lauren replied: “What’s ‘normal’? You don’t even know what it is so you can’t comment on that.”
She also spoke about how many kids she wants, admitting she originally wanted a huge family but it’s all up in the air now.
She said: “I think before you’re actually pregnant and have a baby you think, ‘oh I want three, I want four’.
“But I think when it actually happens, you’re just kind of guessing through each day.”
