Jessica Alves – formerly dubbed the Human Ken Doll – looks totally unrecognisable after undergoing a huge surgery transformation.

The 38-year-old has splurged a staggering £800,000 on 78 surgeries over the years to transform her appearance.

But now, Celebrity Big Brother 2018 star Jessica has taken it to the next level by flying to Thailand for a full facelift, head reduction surgery and a voice pitch change.

She has previously spoken about her insecurity she has with her voice as a trans woman, explaining that her “androgynous” tone often left people confused.

Jessica is set to spend the rest of the month in Thailand to recover from the dramatic surgery is also having voice therapy to help adjust her speech.

Just before having the operation earlier this month, the star filmed herself in bed, captioning the clip: “Wish me luck!”

She also shared a close-up snap of her drip before heading into the room for surgery.

Back in 2020, Jessica came out as transgender and underwent sex reassignment surgery at the start of last year.

The reality star revealed she would turn down work at the time as her voice knocked her confidence.

In April, she opened up about her voice to Mail Online, saying: “My current voice is considered androgynous.

“It isn’t a male voice but it isn’t a female voice either which leaves people very confused over the phone as they don’t know if they are talking to a man or a woman.

“It is very exhausting for me to always correct the tone and the pitch of my voice when talking to people or when I am on a date, as I think that my voice is the only thing that gives away the fact that I am a trans woman.”

She added: “I have been turning down a lot of job offers for TV roles where I have to speak a lot as I don’t like my voice and it plays a lot of my confidence.

“Currently most of the TV shows I do are in Brazil, Germany and Italy and those are long term contracts which I have to fulfil even though I hate my voice and I don’t want to speak much.

“Having voice feminisation surgery will give me a lot more confidence to do more TV shows.”
