The actress – who starred as Frances Houseman alongside Patrick Swayze ‘s Johnny Castle in the hit film – will keep 100% of the earnings and residuals made from the iconic 1987 film and its sequel, Dirty Dancing 2: Havana Nights.
Jennifer, 60, and Clark, 58, announced they will be divorcing back in July, effectively ending their 19-year marriage.
Their legal union will officially end on Feb. 16, 2021, however the pair have said they remain very close, reports People.
The showbiz pair agreed to have joint ownership of their family home for a six-month period, however Jennifer is set to have the sole use of the home.
What’s more, the pair are set to split expenses for their only daughter Stella, 18, until she reaches the age of 24.
Marvel star Clark is also set to pay Jennifer $15,144 as an equalisation payment, however will waive spousal support, according to People.
The pair will be splitting the royalties and residuals equally for more than 30 of their on-screen projects.
These include Clark’s involvement in hit movies such as Avengers, Captain Marvel, Captain America, as well as the Iron Man and Thor films.
What’s more, if he decides to reprise his role as Agent Coulson in future Marvel projects, Jennifer will be seeing some cash incoming.
She will receive a comfortable 10% cut of any gross earnings for feature films, as well as a 5%t cut of gross earnings for his work in a series.
Jennifer and Clark took to Instagram to announce their decision to split back in July, as Jen shared a sweet selfie of the pair alongside a heartfelt caption.
She wrote: “After 19 years together, we separated in January, knowing we’d always be a family who loves, values and cares for each other.”
She added: “We recently made the difficult decision to divorce, but we remain close and are deeply grateful for the life we’ve shared and the wonderful daughter we’ve raised. – jennifer & clark.
