Holly Willoughby is positively glowing on her summer break from This Morning.
The much-loved TV presenter, 40, is making the most of her summer holidays and has been indulging in some peace and quiet- making time for daily morning meditations.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Holly delighted fans with a stunning make-up free selfie after her morning ritual.
The fresh-faced star was aglow in the gorgeous snap which saw her showcase her flawless skin and natural wavy hair.
Holly cast a relaxed expression across her face as she basked in the morning sunlight.
Alongside the snap, she told fans that she was feeling refreshed and was ‘breathing in’ in the day’s positivity.
“Morning meditation complete and breathing in the possibility of a new day,” the TV star penned.
Holly’s natural selfie went down a treat with her adoring fans to rushed to shower the This Morning star with endless compliments.
“You are such a stunner,” gushed one admirer.
“Love your hair like this. And you’re so pretty without makeup,” another echoed.

Holly’s latest Instagram offering comes after fans speculated that TV star may be ready to call it quits on her This Morning career.
Speculation has been mounting that the ITV star could be about to step aside from the show.
Despite the recent swirling rumours, a source told The Mirror that Holly has no intention of stepping down from her role as co-host alongside Phillip Schofield.
Although some fans speculated that Holly may take an extended break from her This Morning hosting duties, she remains totally committed to the programme and has no plans to take a career break.
Holly has hosted the show with Philip on Monday to Thursdays for the past 12 years – and she won’t be calling it a day yet.
A TV source said: “Holly is more than happy on This Morning and is proud to have been involved for so long.
“She has no desire at all to walk away and there’s no truth in the stories that she wants to leave.
“Holly loves working with Phil and the ITV team and doesn’t want to stop now.”
Needless to say, This Morning just wouldn’t be the same without her.
