Ant McPartlin treated his hungover guests to a spa day after his wedding to Anne-Marie Corbett this weekend, it’s claimed
Ant McPartlin reportedly treated his hungover guests to a spa day after his wedding to Anne-Marie Corbett.
The happy couple tied the knot at St Mark’s Church in Hampshire on Saturday, with guests spending three nights at the nearby Heckfield Place, near Hook, before going home on Sunday morning.
Ant is said to have splashed £100,000 on putting up his 100 guests, including Phillip Schofield, Christine Lampard and Alesha Dixon, in the hotel, and spent even more cash treating them to a spot of pampering the day after his wedding.
It’s claimed he paid for room service, £180 massages lasting 90 minutes, £100 manicures and pedicures.
He also paid for £125 reiki sessions, which involve therapists “channelling” energy into their clients, it’s claimed.
A worker at the Little Bothy spa at Heckfield Place told The Sun: “We’re fully booked with treatments all day with no space for anyone else.”
The Mirror has contacted a rep for Ant McPartlin and is currently awaiting comment.
Ant and Anne-Marie’s honeymoon suite cost £5,000 for the night.
The couple reportedly spent £200,000 on champagne, catering, dresses and flowers.
They also paid for the use of a £300,000 Rolls Royce, church hire, and entertainment including Abba tribute band Bjorn Again, it’s claimed.
During the ceremony, Anne-Marie’s two daughters, who she shares with her ex Scott, reportedly did readings.
Ant’s best man Declan Donnelly also said a prayer and did a reading, calling the groom the “best friend a man could have”.
Their three-tied wedding cake is said to have included models of the couple’s beloved dogs.
Ant and Anne-Marie have been together since 2018 and got engaged on Christmas Eve last year when Ant got down on one knee.
Attendees did not know the location of the nuptials until the big day as Ant and Anne-Marie attempted to keep the location of a secret.
The couple had been lucky with the weather as it had been forecast to pour with rain but it looked like the sun came out just in time.
They were pictured leaving the church together after the ceremony with huge grins on their faces.
The festivities concluded on Sunday with a fancy breakfast being put on for their guests.
