Listing agent Ben Eichorn says the unit belongs to the original owner, who has lived there for many years and “recently decided to change locations. They trusted us with their largest investment to make sure even in this market they got the most value.”

He says he and co-listing agent Deena Eichorn created a lot of interest even though it was on the market in December, when “things slow down for the holiday. We did out best to have it decluttered and extremely clean and then did tons of marketing.”

“We made sure the selling price was level with the full value and market price at the time,” Eichorn says. “We are in a changing market day to day and the broker has to have experience and knowledge to get properties sold for the full value.”
